Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Primero Administrativo del Circuito de Facatativá (Cundinamarca) y el Juzgado Cuarenta y Cuatro Civil del Circuito de Bogotá D.C. ).
La controversia entre los despachos judiciales involucrados se generó en torno a las diferentes interpretaciones del factor territorial.
Teniendo en cuenta que ambos juzgados son competentes para tramitar la acción de tutela, la Corte decide asignar el trámite del proceso a la primera autoridad a la que se le repartió el asunto, esto es, al Juzgado Primero Administrativo del Circuito de Facatativá, para que de manera inmediata lo tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a la que haya lugar.

- Primero. Administrativo del Circuito de Facatativa (Cundinamarca), dentro de la accion de tutela formulada por el senor Milton Andres Luna Marquez contra la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia y CREDICORP CAPITAL FIDUCIARIA S.A.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente ICC-3710, al Juzgado
- Primero. Administrativo del Circuito de Facatativa (Cundinamarca) para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decision de fondo a la que haya lugar.
- TERCERO. Por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Corporacion, COMUNICAR al accionante y al Juzgado Cuarenta y Cuatro Civil del Circuito de Bogota D.C. la decision adoptada en esta providencia.
